	Campus recruitment is the process where companies recruit fresh graduates in the college itself. The main aim of the companies is to recruit bright students with the right flair and skills from top rated colleges all over the country. So the students have the opportunity knocking on their doorsteps and will be able to choose between various kinds of companies as well as jobs that will be offered to them. Campus recruitment makes the transition process from a student to a professional much easier thus saving the students the various hassles that they might face in the open job market. Earlier campus recruitment was restricted to some select elite list of college like the IIMs and IITs but now with the tremendous growth of demand as well as the excellent performance by alumni from various lesser known colleges the net of campus recruitment has spread farther.
